yea they have crazy sunday night cruises, i've seen some crazy videos, just packed streets of cars

CKXtreme
Yup... Its up and down Portage to start, but then they end up heading all over the place.. Its on Sunday nights and it lasts for hours. Hundreds of cars over about a 20 block area.

Its quite the scene.. If I can find some of my old pics from when I lived there (2004-2005) I'll post them.

RADRIDE
Those are some nice rides there.

R.K.

STiPWR

unlike jdm fanboys like yourself he actually did all the work himself:

lol, talk shit about JDM fanboys once you're old enough to have a drivers license.

There are people on here with a lot more work done to their car than just swapping a motor into a car that they make a swap kit for

Not saying it isn't a nice car, because I think it's gorgeous, but get off his nuts

euro_fcuk
what about the MODELS??????

the cars aint shit with out hott tits & ass sitting on them.

Not really. K-series are only for the ballers. Obviously they have more ballers than we do here in Edmonton.

Thankfully I can say there will be one more in Edmonton shortly

I, personally, think the K's are overrated. For the cost of a stock K20R swap you can be rolling a built turbo'ed B-series. But if you're some N/A loving wierdo, they're deffo the way to go.

My EG is in the works....

K24/K20 and enough Boost to please a Diesel truck ;)

Like I said in my original post, K-series is for ballers...not a poor guy on a budget :p

I'd still feel hard pressed to go with a K-series when you can make 900 WHP out of a B-series on gasoline. Tony Palo is running 9.teen's out of a 2400+ pound integra on a 26" slick with a pretty basic B18C. I think all you're going to do with a K24 is break more transmissions.

Just my 2-cents, I still think it'll be badass and I can't wait to see when it's done

I just bought a cheapo EF sedan off a friend, I'm going the complete opposite of you and doing an uber-budget vitara/eagle D-series and shooting for 450 WHP :D

 old enough to have a drivers license.....that made me laugh really fucking hard.

Tokes, there are very few people in edmonton who have gone to the lengths that those people have. They have completely wire tucked engine bays, shaved engine bays, custom color paint jobs etc. Do you realize how hard that stuff is? Joey didn't even do a wire tuck and i think i have only ever seen 1 person in our city do a wire tuck, and it didn't even look fully tucked.

You can't just swap a k into a honda. There is alot of custom stuff needed to be done and with a price tag over 10k i wouldn't call that easy...

You know alot about hondas, that statement just seems to be out of place from what you typically say.

Im pretty sure theres a lot of NO hdr in the photos lol.. its pretty hard to do HDR when youre holding your camera in your hand while shooting :p

What you said is somewhat true. Honestly, you can make more power than is useful on the street with any Honda Motor...whether it be a D, B, H, or K series. It all comes back to my original statement of Baller status. Since its the most expensive, rarest swap out there, it makes it unique (compared to the standard B-series swap)

Altezza
You going it get it built by Benson again?

TyPhOOnSliPPerY

oh cusco cages are soo for car shows and not for performance as they do not come close to the chassis to be of much stability....... Cusco Safety21 ftw......
