Hey all, could anyone tell me where i can get my brakes checked and replaced in Edmonton? I just called the both BMW dealerships and they are now booking service for 25th of July and i know my pads won't be good for that long.
So far i have in mind: Tirewarehouse and Canadian tires. |

| Eurasia Auto if you want experience with higher end stuff, but honestly it's just brake pads and almost any monkey can do those. It's more important to get decent pads that will fit your needs. |

| Frick man, I'm sure someone here would volunteer their garage or driveway for an hour. No point spending 300 bucks to get someone else to change your pads. It only takes two wrenches, a jack, stand, a beer, and an hour. You could do it in your driveway or parking lot in an hour. |

A screwdriver... really??
slightly hack... even a C clamp is fairly hack, why not spend the money and buy actual pad separating tools.
As to using two wrenches.. I hope one of them is a torque wrench (with socket).
brakes may be easy... but think of what is involved if you screw up... |
