You always see in the movies when cops show their badge and take citizen's cars to chase down a bad guy. Can they actually do that? :D

Actually no, they can comandeer your car any time w/ just cause. Besides, anytime someone approaches your person or your car on the street, Murphy's Law says 9/10 they want something from you.

If a cop told me he was taking my car to go chase someone down I would say if he wants it he can pry the keys from my cold dead fingers but thats the only way that its going to happen.
