I work for Toyota and I've had nothing but problems with them. Espeically regaurding JDM vehicles. Prices are marked up, they refuse to share part numbers (which is pointless because with a bit of foot work can find them my self!), and we usually see most of their customers because of the service they've had (Which in turn leads us to call them for parts, and the cirlce continues). Maybe it's just the wholesale end as well? Service between two companies is alot different from then service between a customer and an company face to face.

It's not all bad either. A very pleasant gentleman assisted me yesterday over the phone that I was very pleased with. (Perhaps times are changing?) I'm kind of dissappointed in my self for not getting his name!

i know the GM personally, and every move he makes, even at his cost is to benefit customers..we have purchased a vehicle strictly based on the customer service and have never been disappointed. Every dealership in the city should look at them and create their service based off their mentality and structure.

Service for me at lexus has always been stellar, whether just browsing or getting a vehicle serviced.

Well then that isn't really a fair comparission is it? If you're tight with ANY GM of ANY Dealer they'll pull as many strings as possible to make what ever you want work. Don't friends always help friends?

Perfection how ever does run in many Lexus/Toyota Dealerships. If you knew how many philosophies and ideals that you have to be trained in, you'd probably roll over. :blue:
