These are off of a 99 Hyundai Accent, 13" 4x114.3 I believe. The tires are in great shape like 80-90% tread left (motomaster se, 175/70/r13).

The rims are ok, straight but they have some curb rash, corrosion and chipping. I cleaned them up the best I could.
