| I often wonder that too...doesn't make sense to me. I figure that when you DON'T want to be friends with someone anymore, it only takes ONE person to make that decision. It's like a divorce: only needs consent from one person! But I meet these lunatics who are like "no, i don't want to not be friends, so we're still going to try and work things out." And I'm sitting here thinking NO! That is NOT how it works! It takes two people to MAKE a friendship, but only ONE to break it! *GRRRRR* |

The only thing you can start doing is make a log of all the times where he as inappropriately approached you, harrassed you, etc. Then consult a lawyer.
It's the only way.
Yes, getting a restraining order is a big fuss and hassle, but so is dealing with some psycho stalker.
