| i had this friend back when i was in grade 5/6. we use to do alot of sh*t together. like fishing, skateboarding, snowboarding, hockey,... etc. he was 2 years older than me. he moved away when i was in grade 6, so he was in grade 8. never seen or heard from him since. 6 years and counting. today he appears out of no-where, shows up at my place and starts talking to me like he knew me or something. i was like WTF... who the hell is this guy. then he tells me he's terry(thats his name) and we use to be friends and crap like that. i was like ok and we sat down and talked. it turns out he quit school and got a job cause he had to pay his way for everything. He's seems to be a heavy drinker, smokes alot. come to think of he it was pretty screwed up. haha, its funny how people change over time. but he did tell me i was a lucky kid because i'm the only one in all of our so called "friends" back then that stayed in school. haha. i find sh*t like this really funny. small town people <!--emo&???--><img src="http://asianet.ca/images/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'><!--endemo--> first time something like this has ever happened to me. it felt kind of good in a way to see one of my friends from years ago. hehe. has stuff like this ever happened to you guys? i don't know if its just me but it just seemed really screwed up. |

| I grew up in rich man's land so I never really got to experience the ghetto. But compared to some of my firends, I had it easy,. A lot of the guy's I know now are immigrants, first generation. Pretty much start with sh*t and work hard to get a decent life. |

i was also in gr.6 wen i lost touch w/ my best friend
we didn't see each other until this summer (so 6 years)
just like YOUR friend, mine smokes now, likes to drink/club/pub/f*ck around w/ chicks
into gangs & a lil bit of dealing, only diff is that we talked like we haven't talked for 6 years
we didn't start off like talkin like nothing happened.......i miss the bastard tho........

i know whatchu boys are talking about.. i used to live 2 houses down from this girl and we spent our childhood together =} it was great.. what WE did as kids, we played BARBIE, HOPSCOTCH, JUMPSIES, HOUSE, and.. oh.. i think we PAINTED and made things from CLAY. =} hahaha.. okay.. so we played sports too =P and i'm not goin to say she was a saint because i actually witnessed her gradual change from sweetheart to "b itch" (and i use the word bi tch not because i think she is.. but because she is society's best example for one).. she smokes anything.. has tried every drug that made and might not even have made it to the black market. her bfs are like.. scary beasts with temper temper and.. honestly.. this girl.. she was gorgeous and she still is but you can't see anything beyond this 2 inch plaster of makeup. it broke my heart to see this (i moved btw) and when i did meet up with her.. this was what i saw and i miss her.. a lot. the girl from before.. not the girl that wants to beat up ppl that look at her.. look at her guy.. watever. and you know what? i can't really be close to her anymore because we've changed so much. she used to be brilliant but now she's a drop-out.. she's beat up numerous teachers.. =( and.. well.. it's tough because all she wants to do is go get f ucked up and i can't allow myself to screw up so.. we split at that fork
