As many of you know V8less will be holding the Sport Compact challenge (the last race weekend of the year!) out at budpark on the 21st between 11am and 6pm. Tech starts at 10am.
We are arranging to have enough space for the entire club to park together, but we need to know how many are coming within the next few days. Please let us know. Thanks!

We will each pay separately to get in though from what I understand.
Should be a good day though, last race weekend of the year =) Many people need to get that last burst of adreneline out.

| ill be at the track by 930. the gates are meant to open at 1000 and first runs on the track are at 11. if your showing the car you will want to be there as early as possible so you have time to set up and do some last minuete cleaning and detailing. see you all there. :bigthumbup: |

It was a blast.

Karl's Wagon was amazing and Conroy's Race Car was very impressive! (his car had faster runs than the Laborgini Diablo that was out there!) 12.3?
It was a good day, good showing with the club. Thanks to all those who came out and thanks to the V8less guys for hosting such a wonderful event!@ |

it was an awesome day! lots of cars, great wheather. It was my first day out racing on the track and i ran a 14.990. I thought that was pretty good. gotta work on some stuff though. THanks to conroy for letting me use his race tires! :bigthumbup: :bow: Thanks for comin out guys!
Oh and if you guys left early, The RX7 Club won an award for something that i can't remember. haha! |

I have to say it was a good day,,,
didn't think it was that warm out until i got home and
seen my red face:)
on another topic.
you can call me paranoid if you want, but the first time I leave the hood up
on my car unattended, what happens?,, on my way home a coolant leak
develops (on the 3rotor), a perfect pin hole in a hose, coincidence? probably.
Well no damage done fixed it in leduc added more water and back on the road.

No jack i didn't run the 3 rotor,, if i go racing the 3 rotor i have a little work to do,
I would want to get the boost up and a 5 speed trani bolted up then maybe
i will go play:) winter project,,, maybe...

| B) hey jack on the 12.3 run the 60' was poor....only a 1.94 so i know with some practice and setting up the allignment it could see a high 11. :bow: |

| :bow: drag slicks are soooo soooo cool.. i got one run that had a 1.7 60' it felt awsome :bow: on that run i missed second and still ran 12.6 :bigthumbup: thanks again to all the guys that helped on sunday could not have done it without you. |

I met Annalie :wub: that made my day, i was happier than the hippo in my avatar there, and he looks pretty happy, i mean.. Look at him! Is he not the funniest thing you've ever seen!! I have some pics of the scene i'll post up sometime this week, most of my footage is from the Bikini Contest tho..

It just takes a little time to get use to lauching hard with Drag radials.
And I think 12.4's with your car are reachable.
