Uhm..when I talked to one of my cousins who lives in Winnipeg a few weeks back. There car scene has pretty much died.....and the cruise nights are only handful of people now...so :dunno:

I've been to many Sunday Night Cruises in Winnipeg and the scene is HUGE. Everybody comes out.
It's actually a pain in the ass if you have somewhere to go on a Sunday night, because there is so much traffic on Portage Ave. |
