GOT SE-R
Anyone know a reputable person or comapny and good price
Who can install a 2'x4' T8 fluorescent light in the ceiling of my office. It's a panel ceiling. There is already lights up there, but need to be replace with a better unit.

And Yes there is Google, but that doesnt tell you who's reputable and good priced.

Thanks!

Your employer should have people to look after this and a contractor they deal with. Try them first.

I should have refrazed. Its for GF work and they have no contracts with anyone. I figured there are people on this site with the trade. The people we use charge an arm & a leg.

Clarity is key grasshopper.

I currently do not have any in town electrical contacts for commercial use.

I am sure there is somone on the boards that can do this.

Try one of the smaller outfits in E-Town. The bigger contractors aren't going to waste their time installing ONE light fixture. Yellowpages.

She has done that already and made some calls. But just because your in the yellow pages doesnt mean your a reputable company. Hence my Post. Hell I could go change the damn thing, but I cant Guarantee my work. lol.

By law even if a qualified electrician did the work its not gaurenteed. And if something were to happen like the building burning down due to faulty install the person who did the install would be held responsible. Companies have insurance for those kinds of things but some people dont care and they just want the extra buck.
Just figured I should let you know might be hard to find someone to just do it outside their company.
