| hell no they didn't tear it off!! if they tried to touch it i would have an earful for them as they cannot do that. they can request that you take it off yourself but as far as i know they have no right to touch your car. and this was a complete bullshit ticket too. i was just going home and wasn't speeding, they drove past me, then busted a u turn... ah well it's my fault i broke the law... i'm just bitching |
