this is for all you faggots out there that do not know how to yield for people at an uncontrolled intersection.
this always happens to me at uncontrolled to T intersection....
i'm at the base of the T either turning left or turning right ....
there always happens to be a car coming from my left that is going straight that refuses to yield to me .........
for those people out there who i think i am in the wrong.... you faggots should go back to driver training cause you guys are a menage to the roads cause you guys don't know traffic rules.... |

If I remember right, Alberta is the only place with uncontrolled intersections in Canada?
But what some people don't realize is just because they are in the right legally doesn't mean the insurance company won't give them at least partial fault for the accident. So I wouldn't go out and start hitting people.
In fact, my cousin was hit by a guy pulling out of a crescent to his right. Guess who the insurance company said was at fault? The guy pulling out of the crescent.
Myself, I could care less what the police do to me in terms of tickets when I get into an accident - what I care about is the insurance company. |

| at a 'T' insercection the person going straight thru or the person turning right heading "east" in this example always has the right of way as far as insurance is concerned, anyone heading "west" and turning left is at fault if smacked from someone bearing "east" the guy heading north has to be patient and wait, simple as that  |

| Quebec has many, many uncontrolled intersections, too. But Quebecers call them "the streets of Montreal". :P |
