The funniest thing before Asianet, I tried EO's Java based chat.
There was this one punk, all he talked was smack, and how he's such a huge dealer. I really wish I could remember the name. Anyways, I'm chatting with about 10 other people killing time and he comes into the chat room and starts bragging about how proficient he is in firearms and bragging about his rappa style Tec 9. Needless to say, this really killed the chat.
Gee, I'm so impressed.
Now, I've done competitive shooting in handgun and shotgun for a few years and I'd say I know my gunfighting skills pretty well (drawing from high-ride concealment holster under a jacket and engaging mutiple steel reactionary targets) I currently hold one of the fastest times on a non-modified superstock class pistol course (draw and engage 3 steel targets and 2 moving) this is only one of my accomplishments in this arena <end bragging> <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://asianet.ca/images/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->
Anyhow, I start to question this kid about magazine capacity and capabilities of the Tec 9, every rapper has to reload once in awhile too right?. He couldn't give me a straight answer, I start pressing the topic with him, and he starts to get confrontational and says something like "You show up anywhere and I'll pump yo' @#$% a$$ with lead" so I tell him to meet me at Londonderry in one hour.
"He goes on for a bit more about how he drives a pimpin' slammed low rider caddy and tells me to look for him and not to "b!tch out"...
Guess what, he never showed him and his gangster friends were a no show.
So I guess my whole point was yes, I think that alot of the behavior is inappropriate and the maturity level is surprisingly low.
Smart, capable people move on and improve, imature dolts unable to move on in life always stay where they are.
