I'll be at PE Tuning on Saturday Sept 20th getting my transmission oil cooler installed, VAFC installed and I'm putting the lude on the dyno.

If I get over 150whp, I'll be satisfied, for now.....

What time?

good luck

Let me know, it would be interesting to see what an ss would get.

Thanks

I should be starting the installing stuff around 11:00am, if James doesn't sleep in.....

We'll, an SS has been dyno'd at PE Tuning previously and if I recall, peaked at around 146whp. It was pretty much stock.

Mine however, has had a few things done such as jdm type-s intake, K&N filter and AEM pulleys. Anticipated baseline results are around 150whp. With the VAFC and proper dyno tuning, I'm hoping to get an extra 5-8whp.

With future purchases in the spring (MUGEN), I'll have to do this all over again but should have a better end result.

I'll likley be there! what time?

Damn, it's my friends' son's birthday that morning. I'll try to be there around 1-2pm. It's goign to take James 8 hours to install the V-AFC anyway. :D

It better not :fingersx: James said it should take more than a 1/2 hour for the install. Now, dyno tuning is another thing.

Oops, should have read NO MORE than a 1/2 hour. 8 hrs is just wack!

ManHunter
I'm messing with James, of course. :D I don't think it can be installed in 30 minutes, but maybe in 1 hour... Depends how ghetto the install is done. And James doesn't do ghetto.

Hopefully I'll get there before everything's done.

We'll, due to the fact that the obd2 version 2 wiring harness should have actually been obd2 version 1, I was unable to install my VAFC and dyno tune my lude :tear: .

So, I'll be trying to do this again next weekend when I get the right wiring harness.

Sorry to hear, but on the bright side, I'll be installing my Neuspeed front strut tower bar today!!
