Some big ass hevy weights. You're skinny right? Don't waste yer time with lotsa reps.
Some 'roids would speed up the process. |

Isn't it tough for a girl to get a 6-pak because of slower muscle development? Too bad Pegz, seems like you've got a lot of hard work ahead of you. haha
Oh and crunches are the best way to get 6-pak i believe. |

| how far away from the 6 pack are you now? tell me what stage you're at and i'll help you from there. is there a deadline? i.e. a date which you will compare progress on or is it whenever each gets to their goal first? |

Agreed with diet.
If you have fat, you'll just push out the fat with bigger muscles. |

*horrified* DIET?!
you two must be new around here.. if i went on a diet, ppl would lose sight of me! hahaha.. already, i've been told that i'm one dimensional.. hahaha.. okay.. not that funny =P
thanx guys =}
cya: i had a 4 pak last summer but i got lazy.. since i don't have a belly, it usually takes couple 100 crunches everyday to get it back in shape.. right now, i'd say the abs are hard.. i see the soft lines around where the paks will appear.. working on the defining lines that separate them =}
lower abs is what i failed to get last summer.. i'm doing leg raises too now.. no deadline.. i'm working on it =}
thanx again boys =} |

| CYA |
| well if that's the case then wong hit the nail on the head. while diet is important for most people some people like you for instance may have that low bodyfat % already. having low bodyfat doesn't necessarily give you the automatic 6 pack. muscles are hidden beneath the layer of fat. now if you shed the fat, or in your case... simply maintain your bodyfat %... you will have a good start on getting your 6 pack. but that's just the beginning. think of it this way. having a 6 pack is like showing off muscles. if you have no muscles to show off it doesn't matter how much fat you lose you will still not have the 6 pack. so the fastest way for you to get the 6 pack would be your various excercises but incorporate a couple sets with lowers reps and heavier weight. you mentioned a problem with the lower abs. the hanging leg raises will help. some people do them by bringing your knees up. keep your legs straight for added resistance. if you were on a deadline i was going to suggest reducing water intake to minimum the day before. not the best thing to do but it makes a difference. and of course lower your sodium intake from now until whenever you're done. sodium will make your body retain water and you'll lose definition. have fun! |

| Most people have problems with fat in the belly, so yeah I'd go with what CYA suggests. |
