You know who, Mr. Comrie.
If you say trade, for whom?
I say trade him. We have enough small fowards in the lineup. Send him as part of a package to Cowtown for Mr. Igilna!! :fingersx: |

Trade'em. You know damn well he's going to go where the money is. Even if they manage to sign him this time around, he's just going to go with the best offer next time. He's already shown where his priorities are when he went back to Junior so he could get through some loophole in the CBA and re-enter the draft (or something like that, I forget the details).
I don't know who you would get for him. I don't think they can afford Iginla. |

Trade him why? Yes he is a pussy and yes he doesn't try hard enough but give him time.
besides they wouldn't get shit for him anyways. |

| Trade him, he's over paid. But for pete sake not for Iginla, he's over paid too! But at least Iginla has a better attitude. Comrie is a spoiled brat. |

I say Tradesies.
1. He's a cocky asshole. (In person)
2. He plays like a little bitch.
3. He thinks he is more skilled than he really is.
4. If it wasn't for his dad, he would selling sofas at The Brick right now.
yep...trade em
Trade for anyone with a better attitude and some balls. |

LOL!!! Selling sofas, classic!!
I would love to see Igilna in Oiler silks. He has everything, skill, speed, size and he isn't afraid to drop 'em.
Last year was alittle blip on the radar screen for him. He'll rebound and be one on the top scorers this year, too much talent not too. |

keep him but pay him alot less then the 3.5 million he got last year..
say 1.5 million at the most ... |

You got that right.
My only impression of Mr. Comrie is when I was at an Italian rest., classy. Up zooms this Porsche and he jumps out in a t-shirt, jeans, and ball cap. Didn't even take his hat off during the meal.
This isn't some little corner Italian rest. - it's a REAALLY good one. |

Are you crazy? You can't unload a player like him without watching what happens this year. Slow start last year due to lot's of issues, fantastic finish. Calgary made a move that brought fans to the 'Dome last year - signing Iginla. For a team that has missed the playoffs 7 years in a row, Iginla has been damn near the only bright spot. With Sutter behind the bench and desk, Calgary should have some chemistry to work with this year, Igy is a big big part of that. I don't ever expect to see Calgary or Edmonton win another cup without a salary cap, but I do hope for a good return of the 'Battle of Alberta'. Keep Igy, trade Comrie.
My $0.02 (based on watching the 'Battle' right from the begining, 1981) |

Trust me.
When you go to places like Il Portico it is an experience. This isn't your moms pasta here - it's really, really, really good.
I've had homemade (Italian made) pasta. Then I had this. Needless to say, it's definetely WAY Better. |

Il Portico Restaurant
10012 107th Street Northwest, Edmonton, AB T5J1J2
(780) 424-0707
One of the best in downtown. Maybe even the city...
And I would know - I used to work for the gov't so I've been to all the downtown ones, all paid for by our tax dollars. |

Actually for the best pasta in the city, you don't have to pay mucho $$$.
Top pasta is available at Chianti's on Whyte, or La Pasta at Phase III WEM, or the pasta place in Hub Mall! ;) |

I used to work at that restaurant as a cook. Some of the best food in the city. I've been to Hardware Grill and they got nothing on good ol' il Portico.
You can't beat the service anywhere else. The majority of them have been there for over 3 years. That's a long time in this industry. |

I've tried them all and il Portico is still the better of the group. If you go, try the Trasterverini aka hot spag. It's a spicy pasta with lots of garlic, chilies, ground chicken, parsley and extra virgin olive oil on spaghetti. After I left, I crave it real bad. |
