Err, yeah, be more specific. what kind turbo you're thinking of? You can get from -50 to +1000 HP, depending on the turbo setup you install.

Just install a big ass turbo that runs way outside it's efficiency range and mess up your fuel system a bit, and you should be good to go. :)
