So i sold the Porsche and am lookin to pick up an import before it gets too cold and i have to slap chains on the motorcycle, pretty open to what i want but like it said in the topic.. preferably a turbo like an older 300 zx turbo, 200 sx turbo, something cool...

| man that datsun is MINT. those pics dont really show off the shine in the paint. but i think in the correct sunlight, you MAY be able to see somewhat of a reflection from the paint. lol |

Well, if you want the ultimate sleeper. Buy a 1990 Dodge Colt and do the 4g63 swap.
If you are parts hunting savvy, you should be able to do this from start to finish with about $3000.
Darin from NACDSM ran a mid 13 on this budget. Just imagine keeping with a Vette in a Colt. There will be a couple of other 4g63 colts running around soon....

looked at a 280, wanted 2500 with an extra '82 280zx, mint engine and tranny and rear end in that one but car was smashed on right side, 280 came with the zx AND a spare clutch, tranny... i think i'm gettin too old to restore cars but if anyone else is interested i reccomend it
goin to look at the 200 sx turbo today, hope it's nice cause my money is burnin a hole :fingersx:

Hah Np man, i understand. Its kinda ugly, but i got it cheap so oh well. People wnt too much for the 510 nowadays anywyas for rthe coupe style, but they are nice!
Anyways, the motor runs really good. It is a 4spd manual, the standart at the time for 510's. Oh, yea, it looks like it has a supercharger on it. I cant really think it is anything else, its a pump with a hose going directly to the carb, and the other hose coming from an air filter. Its a mystery to me, but i think thats what it is. |
