That car w/ the blower... she's from edmonton right? Riverbend...? I was at second cup in riverbend and i parked next to an s2000 that had a "supercharged" sticker on it.... and I"ve seen a vid at budpark of that car run.... |

Mmm, what color was the car? I did hear of rumours of an s2000 in edmonton having a blower but i never found out the truth.
The car I was talking about resides in Calgary though.

Actually an old man drives it, no? I was driving behind him one time. Blueish silver color I beleive. Big ass "supercharged" sticker in the middle between the tail lights, right?

| I was told/heard han ran mid 15's last time. Not impressive by any means, i think that is slower than a stock s2k, must not be able to drive good. |

AFAIK, Vortech and Comptech are the only companies that make blowers for the s2000's. I've seen timeslips of high 12's from owners with blown s2ks. |

And how many supercharched s2k's are there in alberta?
Edit: I was assured by a good friend that the times for the supercharged s2k with the badge were mid 15's, Tough shit then :tear: . Maybe he was tuning, maybe not, but thats what he ran.

I say the guy with the supercharged S2000 at the track about a month ago. I even got to line up against him. He ran a 15.2 if I remember correctly. It looked like he was having lots of trouble launching it though. I do remember it being silver too and it was definitely an older guy driving it.

Ya, I saw the car up in riverbend.... :) And aaron's right it has the big "supercharged" sticker between the back lights!
and it's that sand silver colour. Like the colour of the 3 s2k's parked to the right of the black (volk wehels) and blue s2k's in the first pix. |

I was trying to describe the position of the three cars that are the same colour as the one w/ the blower in etown....
the third, fourth, and fifth car in line from the left... after the first black, and second (blue) cars in the row.... does that make sense!?

That's a matter of opinion, but is debatable. I'll take my ITR over the s200 still, it's way more practical, just as fast on the track or autocross, brakes better, and is WAY cheaper to upgrade than the s2k. I DO love the s2000's though, don't get me wrong, just love the ITR more, but i guess i'm biased. Yeah, deks and seks, keep getting them confused. |
