I have a '00 Prelude SH and looking into turbocharging it. I went to Pro Street Online (www.prostreetonline.net) and found two Garrett Turbo kits.
TSI Superior Kit ($1770 USD)
1 Garrett Turbo w/ internal wastegate
1 High Nickel Composite Cast Exhaust Manifold
1 Downpipe
1 Fuel Pressure Regulator
1 MAP Unit
1 Oil Return Line and Fitting
1 Air Filter w/ piping
TSI Extreme Turbo Kit ($2950 USD)
1 Garrett Turbo w/ internal wastegate
1 High Nickel Composite Cast Exhaust Manifold

1 Injection Control Unit w/ Turbo Timer

My question is: Which kit is the better buy?
Mind you I have a stock engine....when I say stock....I MEAN STOCK. Any other suggestions as to where to get a turbocharger? Anybody knows who can do this install in Edmonton?

Firstly, before slapping a turbo on your lude, I would advise doing as much research as humanily possible first. Try checking out the prelude-online or honda-tech websites.
Secondly, you will want to build-up your engine prior to installing that turbo, to ensure that it will be able to handle the boost.
Thirdly, I don't know of a good shop to go to for the install. You could try Pro Drag Performance, Midas, or Speedtech Racing Development (Calgary).
