Speaking of bad service - Click HERE for Original Thread

Hey guys, I was at Mopac on saturday and i told the guy i was from EPC and he gave me a pretty sweet price for that cold air, and then today i went back for other stuff and the guy was the biggest dick. he said they don't give anyone deals or anything and kept ramming down my throat that they had the best prices in town so there already giving us deals. i don't know why the different guy saturday was so nice, but i would reccomend for no one to go to Mopac because we CAN get better deals at places such as Matrix, and Zippy's. The guys at Matrix and Zippy's were super nice and weren't jerks cuz i was just a 16 year old asking for pricing!

Sorry to hear that Mike. I've only purchased a $7 part from them so I really can comment on their service, other than I had no problems.

Do what I do, once a shop/business pisses me off once, I never return, EVER!

mike3
Thats what i plan on doing...i only posted it so hopefully other people will NEVER return there :D

im 16 also and f@ck ppl like that man. they think we are just toyin with them.

honestly though, for every 16 yeard old that comes into buy something, 5% will actually buy something from them. They are after all just trying to run a business. But im still young and dealers laugh at the idea that i wanna test drive a new sti or a s2k, then they see what i drive and they change their mind real quick(still no dice on the sti though)

I boiught quite a bit of stuff at mopac, and i get treated well. If its the two fat guys or the old guy, i cant really comment on them, they are dicks and cant really do shit for ya. The younger guy james( i think his name is that)is really nice and keeps that place in order. But really their prices blow everyone away in town. My intake for $278 vs matrix pricing for $415.

i needed a gasket set for a 302, i went to best buy and got a quote for around $72, figured i might as well go across the street and get a price at MOPAC and they wanted $93 for the exact same Felpro set. I think the best way is to figure out what each shop is best at price wise and only use them for that particular service

mike3
yeah i went there saturday and the younger guy helped me, and when i left i was like man, i wanna buy my stuff there, but then today i went and that old f@ck and fatty were saying things and laughing in my face. like i wouldn't be driving a '93 'lude if i had no money. The guys were nice and stuff untill i said im from EPC and i was lead on that we got a deal/discount there so i said something and the guy was like"excuse me? we don't give discounts" well f@ck you asshole the guy saturday did...oh well im still bitter about it. Im going to keep going back to matrix...oh yeah and you got swindled on your air intake :)

high school
i agree, being a youngun, im 17 now, but certain part shops are dicks because they think that cuz were young we are just wasting their time. A good example of this is Zeibart, i hate those fuckers and will never go back. I walked in there and they treated me like shit, and ill NEVER go back nor will i allow any of my friends to go there, ive spread their repuation around and i really hope people stop going there. Im one of the people that wont ever return somewhere if im treated badly the first time around. Ive found my part shops now, i like them and im gonna keep going there forever until they treat me like shit, then ill move on. And when shops treat you like shit, treat them the same way they treat you. They deserve it.
