hope he doesn't do that every time.... |

After doing 12 reps adn in the position he is in there is no choice. Go to a gym, thats what people do. |

I've never seen someone throw their weights like that

| I know you're just kidding chromey, but seriously for all the misinformed folks out there, steroids are an aid and a very necessary evil of any serious competitor, but genetics and diet play an even bigger role IMHO. If all you had to do to get big was take steroids, then all these high school punks who inject a few times would be massive. They also lack discipine, desire and a dream. |

I was at a fight on the weekend and we had a world's strongest man competitor as a special guest. He was pretty funny. He was purple, sweated sitting still, and could hardly speak.
Does anyone know about roids affecting your voice? I heard lots of huge who sound like bingo players. |

Is it true steriods make your dick shrink?
If so, he may need a magnifing device to find his... |

| Steroids won't make your dick shrink...thats a myth. But taking testosterone will make your balls shrink. Cause your adding testosterone to your body, your body will shut down its natural production, thus causing your nuts to shrink..... :crying: |
|
|
| black5speed |
| you'll also start growing tits when you stop taking the steroids because while taking the steroids your estrogen level increases to balance out the huge amount of testosterone in the body(yes guys have estorgen too .. and girls have testosterone .... that's why your mom has a moustache) .... so after you stop taking steroids your testosterone level drops drasticaly while your estrogen level slowly decends and since you have little nuts now it can't produce enough testosterone to counter balance the high estorgen levels .. so you grow big knockers .. bio class does teach you something. |

Uhhh... testosterone IS a steroid.
As for the growing breasts thing... I doubt that. I'd really like to see a case study or journal article if it's real.
And i assume your talking about real breasts... not man-boobs. |

So what you are saying is since your testicles produce testosterone you are taking steroids.
As for breasts I do believe the reference is to man boobs, and not the female breast we all love. |

Do some reading.......testosterone is not a steriod. |

whoa hold on a second....
Testosterone is a steriod, a steroid hormone to be precise. It is derived from cholestrol. There are many steroid hormones, also bile is a steroid, and sterols and even precursors of vitamins. Now, by steriod, we are talking about the biochemical effects when it gets to the site of actions, specifically, the fact that the hormone will diffuse through the membrane and bind to an intracellular receptor and it does that because it is a fat-soluble organic compounds having as a basis 17 carbon atoms arranged in four rings.
T is a powerful anabolic hormone that increases and limits muscle protein synthesis by increasing transport of amino acid across cell membranes and by increasing mRNA and DNA synthesis AND T is androgenic, meaning it promotes masculine characteristics. The significant rise in testosterone production during male adolescence induces secondary sex characteristics, duh.
So, androgenic (masculinizing) and anabolic (muscle-building) effects of androgens are hard to seperate. |

testostrone is naturally produced....steroids increase the production of testostrone... hence when people go off them too quickly .. their nuts shrink and they lose their muscle because after long periods of time your nuts wont produce it no more.... because it rely's on the the drug.....
i've done the research.... i've done the cycle... and its a waste of money.
your more likely going to injure yourself because your muscles get stronger, but your ligaments and tendons stay the same. |

cut and paste, lol are you kidding me?
No, that's what happens when you are a freakin loser in 4th year biochemistry. All of us end up talking like that, we are all a bunch of med school wanna be's, it's a terrible terrible side-effect.
I know all that stuff and physiology way way to well. It's so easy for me to spew out the facts... ive memorized that crap all to well, it's not that impressive...Actually, I bet alot of 2nd year science students can do the same, minus the excess biochem
When you say "Testosterone is naturally produced" my mind just goes into that mode of thinkin where, how much, why, patterns, the cycle...what cells do it, what hormones cause it, what happens when they bind, what protein changes, what amino acid binds to which other.... it sucks  |

here's a question for you....
1.can anthrax be delivered by arosoul- i cant spell
2.how does a nerve agent affect the body....
3.what is used to neutralize nerve agents... other than atropine
4. why did soldiers in ww2 use to protect themselves form mustard gas.... --and what is mustard gas...
:gay: |

Anthrax by arousal huh? I suppose? LOL
When they are referring to testosterone developing breasts this is in reference to excess testosterone. If there is excess testosterone in the human body it is converted to estrogen....which will create female attributes over time.

Isent mustard gas chlorine gas in its natural state.
And yes Anthrax can be tranmitted by arosol.
Nerve agents affect the body by attacking the nervous system, DUH
Gee I never even passed chemistry and I knew a few things here looks like i'm not useless. Or am I |
|

mustard gas is made from amonia and bleach... so yeah chlorine would work
anthrax cant be delivered by arosol yet... if it could it would be 100percent mortality rate.....
yes nerve agents affect the nervous system.. but there is alot more to it .... |

Just because you've taken steroids doesn't make an expert and if the effects were minimal and not lasting doesn't mean they are ineffective.
Work with your God given genetics and be the best that you can possibly be, without chemical enhancements. |

Where did you read steroids increase the production of testosterone, steroids are an addition to the amount of testosterone you naturally produce. The body in trying to regulate itself, adjusts for the increase in T by shutting down or curtailing its own production, this is why your testicles shrink. Once you go off steroids if you have been on them long enough to affect your own natural production of testoserone, it will take time for your body to recover if at all.
You've done the research, you've done the cycle and its a waste of money. For you, yes for many of the bodybuilders you see in magazines, no. Let's not give steroids all the credit for creating the freaky physiques. They have superior genetics, desire and discipline which 90+% of us don't have or if we do have it, we don't use it in that manner.
I take back the expert remark, but you're post would lead one to believe that you are very knowledgeable on the subject. It seems we all have a lot to learn. |
