:o Due to unforseen circumstances, I need money in a bad way. If you have a reasonable offer to put down for the wagon, slicks, parts car, tons of parts, and tons of spares as a package pls IM me. And if you're gonna offer $1000, keep it to yourself!

:D Managed to get myself out of a pickle by selling an RRSP so the wagon doesn't have to go on the auction block. Thank Goodness!

Thanks Guys,

:) That's the one! Noise means power guys! I would have felt bad not having it for next year. Plus, when I put boost to it I have to be able to kick Matt's 3-rotor to the curb! Do the math guys; 10 psi, 2300lbs, pump gas, 1.7 60' times, and it all adds up to high 11s on pump gas and at 15psi on C-16 we're talking mid 11s!

Boost baby, BOOST!

;) Well, that's all well and good and I'm sure it'll be stinky fast but...... I imagine your var must weigh in at around 3200 or 3300lbs as it sits. With the 3rd gen 5-speed it may be a little lighter but still, that's about 1000lbs more than me. It should be close. We'll have to see how things go next year!

I was thinking that you really should invest in a ballistic blanket for that thing
if the flywheel came apart on one of those 9500rpm launches or what sounds like
10,000rpm shifts you are going to end up eating flywheel bits.
just a suggestion

:o Good call, I've thought about it as well. With the turbo I wouldn't be running it nearly as high in the rpm range. But when I was doing my 9500rpm launches and shifting at 10,000rpm I wondered about the clutch and flywheel staying together!
But with the turbo I'll probably shift at 8000rpm and launch at more like 4000 to try to keep the rear end and axles together.
