Jsut curious as to what routines people do, here's mine:
Sunday: Cardio on Rec. Bike, 60 min
Monday: Abs, 120min Badminton
Tuesday: Chest, Arms
Wednesday: back, shoulders
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Abs, 120min Baminton
Saturday: Rec Bike, for 60 min, Full body depletion workout.
This is on a Cyclical KEtogenic Diet, with carb load on Sat/Sunday. |

Bleah.. I'm alittle behind from all of my stuff, but here is my routine:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 45 minute dumbell routine circuit style.
Tuesday, Thursday: Work on heavy bag, Rollerblading, or Cycling, whichever may apply.
Saturday, Sunday: Pilates excercises, flexibility and dexterity training.
I didn't feel I was benefiting from seperating the muscle groups so I'm trying a different approach. |
